Core Configuration and Features of Stainless Steel Pallet
Structural Design:
Adopting a welded rectangular tube frame, the spacing between load-bearing beams is optimized, and the standard pallet can bear a load of up to 500-1500kg (depending on the specifications).
The surface can be selected as solid flat plate (easy to clean, suitable for food-grade scenes) or mesh hollow plate (weight reduction, ventilation, suitable for humid environments).
Adjustability and adaptability:
The height of the bottom support foot can be fine-tuned to adapt to different ground flatness; compatible with forklift fork sizes (standard fork hole height ≥100mm).
Optional anti-slip stripes, guardrails, and stacking slots are available to improve transportation safety.
Special scenario configuration:
High temperature resistant type (suitable for -40℃ to 300℃ environment), acid and alkali resistant type (316 stainless steel), anti-static type (surface anti-static treatment).
